Agro-Eco Philippines is farmer-led national network-organization with 305 active People’s Organizations (POs), 18 Partner LGUs, 28 Partner NGOs, 14 Partner Universities and Colleges, and 158 young agriculturists. The organization continues to serve the poor and vulnerable farming communities and extends capacity-building programs in line with climate change-resiliency through partnership with farmers’ groups, Dioceses and Social Action Centers, local government units, national and international development organizations.

The Philippines Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture (PPSA) believes in the power of partnerships and knowledge exchange in shaping better lives for Filipino farmers. They enable multi-stakeholder partnerships for sustainable and inclusive food systems that empower and transform smallholder farmers and fishers to be self-reliant and resilient. They also harness the collective strength of agricultural value chain players towards transforming food systems to become climate positive and inclusive through market-driven solutions.
The Federation of free farmers (FFF) is currently one of the largest and most effective non-governmental organizations of rural workers in the Philippines. It was organized in 1953 by a group of Catholic laymen soon after the break-up of the Communist-led revolutionary movement in the country during the term of President Ramon Magsaysay.

Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) is a government corporate entity under the Department of Agriculture created through Executive Order 1061 on 5 November 1985 (as amended) to help develop high-yielding and cost-reducing technologies so farmers can produce enough rice for all Filipinos. The Institute accomplishes this through research and development work in our central and branch stations.
